OBSERVERSHIP IN DEU HEART RHYTHM MANAGEMENT CENTRE
Aim:
The Electrophysiology Observership in Dokuz Eylul University Heart Rhythm Management Centre is designed to provide participants with an immersive educational experience in clinical electrophysiology. This program offers a unique opportunity to observe various procedures, learn from renowned experts, and broaden your understanding of electrophysiology practice.
Observership Duration and Eligibility:
The observership program is available for a duration of 1 or 3 months
It is open to electrophysiologists who have completed their cardiology fellowship or have equivalent clinical experience.
Participants must hold valid medical licensure or certification in the relevant jurisdiction.

Candidates whose application has been approved by our department can complete their application from the link below.
Personal statement outlining their interest in electrophysiology and the specific goals they hope to achieve during the observership
Two letters of recommendation from faculty members familiar with the candidate’s clinical skills and professional attributes
Copy of medical school diploma and electrophysiology fellowship completion certificate
Proof of medical licensure or certification
Once the applications are reviewed, selected participants will be notified via email and provided with further instructions regarding the observership program.
Observation Experience:
Participants will have the opportunity to observe a variety of electrophysiology procedures, including catheter ablation, device implantation, and arrhythmia management.
They will work closely with our expert faculty, who will guide them through the intricacies of electrophysiology practice, share clinical insights, and discuss challenging cases.
Observers will have access to educational resources and may attend selected didactic sessions, conferences, and academic activities during their observership period.
Please note that the observership program does not involve direct patient care or hands-on procedural experience. Its primary focus is to provide participants with a comprehensive observational learning experience.
Compensation and Logistics:
The observership program is an educational opportunity, and participants are responsible for arranging their own travel, accommodation, and any associated costs.
Participants must provide proof of personal health insurance coverage for the duration of the observership.
